(1) Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant

  • Attracting business by using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking.
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment.
  • Visiting clients to build and develop relationships.
  • Creative in advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers.
  • Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be at work.
  • Using candidate databases to match the right person for the client’s vacancy.
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
  • Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
  • Clearly briefing and explain job responsibilities, salary, and benefits to the candidates during the phone/face to face interview.
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding of suitable applicants within a specific day after screening and selection.
  • Effectively scheduling interviews for candidates according to client’s request without delays.
  • Follow up and informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
  • Knowledgeable in prevailing pay rates and able to provide advice regarding salary pay rate, training, and career developments to clients and candidates.
  • Always working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business lead generated;
  • Persistently improve recruitment process by updating selection techniques through reviewing recruitment policies.
  • A smart personal appearance is important as the role involves meetings with clients and conducting interviews with candidates.
  • The role can be challenging, but also exciting as the profession is fast-paced, target driven and demanding.
  • Preferable candidates possess at least a Degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese language for written and spoken.

  • Conceptualizing ideas in managing online platforms for instance company Website, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube and etc.
  • Conduct market research to identify business trends and needs. Analyse data and conduct surveys to gather the necessary information by using Google Analytic Tools.
  • Maintaining positive public relations, reaching out to a new target of the audience, for instance, building business opportunities for the organization.
  • Meaningful and impressive contents (quotes & articles) creation/writing.
  • Designing of posters, brochures and job advertisement for job fairs and headhunting use.
  • Handling incoming queries through email, Facebook messenger, and calls.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
