Responsibilities

  • Manage the manufacturing and related activities with approximately 200 headcounts.

  • Establish systems (such as OEE- manufacturing metric Overall Equipment Effectiveness) to collect metrics, analyse productivity and set performance targets (KPI) that will meet revenue and cost goals
    随时不断的研究并掌握市场动态,建立企业营销体系和价格体系,并根据市场和季节的变化,适时提出阶段性的营销工作重点,并指挥实施。
  • Controls day-to-day operations of all manufacturing resources to ensure the fulfillment of scheduled production requirements.
    全面协调部门主管于企业销售、生产、研发、质量、采购、仓储、设备、行政等日常运营管理工作
  • Advises the Managing Director and other departments on all matters related to manufacturing and health and safety especially on any factor crucial to the achievement of short and long term goals.
    及时向董事长汇报工作,完成董事长交代的其他工作;策划短期和长期商业企划
  • Direct the GMP and ISO Committee to ensure full compliance and continued improvements in the GMP and ISO standards.
    协调内部部门GMP 和ISO品质管理理事会的质量检查工作
  • Strategic leadership of the manufacturing organization by directing, managing, supporting and influencing various functional areas: Sourcing and Procurement Demand and Supply Planning Production, Engineering and Quality Control / Assurance Finance, Admin and HR
    主导全企业各生产基地和门店的各项规章制度及工作流程和卫生及操作规范制度,优化企业内部组织机构,协调各部门的关系。
  • P&L and Balance sheet Responsibilities
    协助制定年度销售、费用、人力、活动等预算项目,并定期进行回顾效率;
  • Ensures robust Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) procedures and training are in place that operations follow all required regulations
    建立安全标准、监督检查公司安全文明、环保等相关规范管理工作
  • Sets policies and makes decisions guiding productivity, quality and cost efficiency of plant operations
    合理控制生产成本和各类物资损耗,降低生产费用
  • Leads the development and deployment of manufacturing practices focused on quality and continuous improvement
    建立和完善生产责任制,并监督执行

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent and with at least six (6) years of relevant experience in Beverage Manufacturing Industry include 3 years in managerial position.
    3年以上公司第一负责人岗位经验以上,5年以上现代渠道系统管理工作经验
  • Strong manufacturing and plant management experience in complex production environments.
    食品工程、食品发酵、食用菌、农学、企业管理、生产运营等相关专业本科及以上
  • Proven success at developing and aligning manufacturing, planning, packaging and delivery systems that support and enhance business outcomes + proven success in manufacturing environments with stringent regulatory requirements
    具有食品企业从生产一线到高层管理者的经历兼拥有主持公司生产全面工作经验
  • Possess strong leadership qualities
    具有强而有力的管理能力
  • Good knowledge of local food regulatory and statutory requirements in Malaysia
    具有食品管理规范GMP 和 ISO 认知
