- To handle 70% administrative tasks and 30% basic accounting duties.
- To provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to the management.
- To carry out data entry of information needed into the company system, documentation and filing.
- To be responsible on the preparation of various documents / correspondences, such as Invoices, Proforma Billing and all supporting documents required.
- To coordinate all the accounting activities by working closely with the outsource Accountants in monthly basis, such as processing accounting-related documents, bookkeeping & so on.
- To deal with customer enquiries over the phone and via e-mail correspondence.
- To assist and liaise with other departments when necessary.
- To perform miscellaneous duties as and when assigned by the management such as PA, Customer Service duties & etc.
- At least SPM or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Admin field.
- Detail-oriented / meticulous, analytical mindset, a good team player, proactive, multi-tasker and able to work well under pressure to meet the deadlines.
- Those who have Accounting experience would be an added advantage, however not necessary.
- MUST be willing to be based in Fraser Business Park @ KL (only 3 minutes walking distance from LRT Chan Sow Lin station).
- Annual Leave.
