- Actively cross selling Banking/Financial products;
- Solicit leads via referrals and cold calls for sales via marketing visits, telemarketing, launches, roadshow and any other sales activities to achieve sales targets;
- Provide wealth planning solution to individual or company;
- Using a comprehensive planning to assist client to accumulate/protect/create wealth;
- Appointment and meet with applicants to obtain information, analyze applicant’s financial status, credit and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans;
- Stay abreast of new types of financial services and products in order to meet customers’ needs in better way;
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold professionalism to reflect consultant image;
- Seek continuous improvement in Product knowledge/Selling skills/Market intelligence/Competitor’s check to enhance job skills and competencies;
- Comply to statutory requirement and sales compliance in all relevant internal policies & procedures and sales compliance;
- Build rapport and relationship with chosen customers to establish loyalty and repeated sales and increase product holding.
- Candidate must possess at least A-Level/Diploma/Degree certificates in any industry.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experiences in the banking/insurance field.
- Fresh graduate are welcome. Training provided.
- Strong customer service background, with passion and energetic on work.
- Possesses own transport will be an advantage.
